BEM-KM Fapet Unud Holds LKMM-TD 2024

The Student Family Student Executive Board (BEM-KM) of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University (Fapet Unud) successfully held the 2024 Basic Level Student Management Skills Training (LKMM-TD) activities on Saturday (23/11) and Sunday (24/11). This event took place at Wantilan Murdha Ruangun, Pecatu Traditional Village, Badung, with the theme "Honeing Students' Critical Reasoning and Developing Innovative and Creative Character." 

The event began with remarks from the Deputy Dean III for Student Affairs and Information, Dr. I Nyoman Sumerta Miwada, S.Pt., MP, who officially opened LKMM-TD by symbolically tapping the microphone three times and giving name tags to two participant representatives.

This year, LKMM-TD presented six inspirational speakers, namely Ricardo Constantio Elim, Cesa Satrya Nugraha, I Gede Janitra Rad Winatha, Ni Made Lia Pradnyan Santhi, Ayu Putu Yulyana Anjani, and I Putu Asung Suryawan. The speakers presented material that focused on developing managerial skills, critical thinking, and building creativity and innovation.

The second day of activities began with morning exercise together, creating an atmosphere that was enthusiastic and full of energy. Next, the participants took part in a series of outbound events designed to hone teamwork, creativity and dexterity. This activity consists of various games and challenges at posts that have been prepared by the committee.

In closing, the event was marked by the release of participants' name tags, which was carried out directly by the Sub-Coordinator for Student Affairs, Faculty of Animal Science, Unud, I Made Dwi Novi Artawan, S.E.

It is hoped that this LKMM-TD activity will be able to provide students with better managerial skills, as well as form creative and innovative characters to face future challenges.
