EXTENSION OF PKS BETWEEN FAPET UNUD AND BPSIP BALI

The Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University (Fapet Unud) has carried out a signing ceremony for the Cooperation Agreement (PKS), which is an extension of the PKS with the Bali Agricultural Instrument Standard Implementation Center (BPSIP) which has expired (Friday, 19 July 2024). Where previously BPSIP was called the Agricultural Technology Assessment Center (BPTP). BPSIP itself is a UPT. The Agricultural Instrument Standardization Agency (BSIP), which was established on 21 September 2022 through Presidential Regulation Number 117 of 2022, has the task of carrying out coordination, formulation, implementation and maintenance, as well as harmonization of agricultural instrument standards. The Agricultural Research and Development UPT began to change its name in accordance with the new main tasks carried out by the Agricultural Instrument Standardization Agency (BSIP), namely as an institution that previously focused on agricultural research and development to focus on standardization of agricultural instruments.

The activity was held in the Meeting Room, Fl. 2 BPSIP Bali Jalan By Pass Ngurah Rai, Pesanggaran, South Denpasar. Dean of Faculty of Animal Husbandry Unud Dr. Ir. Dewi Ayu Warmadewi, S.Pt., M.Si., IPM., ASEAN Eng., along with KoUPIKS Dr. Ir. Eny Puspani, S.Pt., M.Si., IPM. received directly by the Head of the Bali Agricultural Instrument Standard Implementation Center, Mr. Dr. drh. I Made Rai Yasa, MP. along with ranks. This PKS signing event will later become a legal umbrella for the collaboration between the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University and BPSIP Bali regarding the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which covers the fields: Education, Research and Community Service and Human Resource Development. This collaboration is a concrete form of commitment from the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University to improve quality together with strategic partners.
