FACULTY OF ANIMAL FARMING UDAYANA UNIVERSITY HOLDS STUDENT COMPETITION TRAINING, Spurring INNOVATION AND CREATIVITY TOWARDS PIMNAS, KMI, AND ABDIDAYA ORMAWA

The Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University (Fapet Unud) held Student Competition Training with the theme "Student Innovation and Creativity Towards Achievement in the PIMNAS, KMI, and ABDIDAYA ORMAWA Events". The training which took place on Saturday, December 21 2024 was officially opened by Dr. I Nyoman Sumerta Miwada, S.Pt., M.P., Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Information, Faculty of Animal Husbandry Unud. 

This activity, which is carried out online via Zoom, aims to improve students' ability to innovate and be creative. Participants are invited to develop creative and innovative ideas that can be realized in the form of proposals and real work to compete in the PIMNAS (National Student Science Week), KMI (Indonesian Student Competition), and ABDIDAYA ORMAWA (Ormawa Work and Empowerment Event).

This training presents expert speakers in their fields, including Dr. Ir. Ni Luh Gde Sumardani, S.Pt., M.Si., Dr. Ir. Ni Putu Sutramiani, S.Kom., M.T., and Dr. I Made Mudita, S.Pt., MP. They presented a variety of material, ranging from innovation and creativity, to strategies for developing effective proposals and presentations.

Apart from the material, this training was also filled with question and answer sessions and sharing of experiences from students who had achieved achievements in the PIMNAS, KMI, and ABDIDAYA ORMAWA events. It is hoped that this will provide inspiration and motivation for the participants to continue fighting and achieving achievements.

Deputy Dean for Students and Information, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Dr. I Nyoman Sumerta Miwada, S.Pt., M.P. in his speech, he hoped that this training could produce innovative works from students and be able to make Unud proud on the national and international stage. He also emphasized the importance of collaboration and cooperation between students in developing creative ideas.

This training was attended by more than 100 participants from a large number of students from various study programs within Unud, indicating high enthusiasm among students to develop their potential and achieve academic achievements.
