Faculty of Animal Husbandry of Udayana University Holds Leadership Meeting to Discuss Q1 KPI Achievements and Strategic Issues
Wednesday, June 25, 2025 – The Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University held an online leadership meeting led by the Dean, Dr. Ir. Dewi Ayu Warmadewi, S.Pt., M.Si., IPM., ASEAN Eng., and attended by the Vice Deans, Study Program Coordinators, Unit Coordinators, Laboratory Heads, Head of the Business Unit, Head of Administrative Affairs, and Sub-Coordinators. This meeting aimed to evaluate performance achievements and discuss strategic issues within the faculty for the first quarter of 2025.
The main agenda of the meeting included:
- Evaluation of Q1 2025 Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Achievements. The presentation on faculty performance based on KPI indicators showed that several targets had been met, while others still require improved synergy between units to accelerate realization.

Admission Progress for RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) Independent Track Students. Updates were provided on the progress of the RPL student admission process, covering administrative preparations, portfolio assessments, and the readiness of professional assessors.

Recruitment of New Civil Servant Lecturers (CPNS). The faculty welcomed the addition of new human resources through the 2025 CPNS recruitment. These new lecturers are expected to strengthen the implementation of the Three Pillars of Higher Education (Tridharma) and support the development of academic programs.

Study Program Accreditation. In an effort to maintain and improve academic quality, several study programs are currently preparing documents for re-accreditation.
The Dean emphasized the importance of synergy and effective communication across all units within the faculty to ensure optimal and targeted implementation of all programs. The meeting concluded with strategic directives for the execution of upcoming work programs and the continued strengthening of institutional governance.
