IMPROVING AWARENESS OF THE WORLD OF LIVESTOCK, BEM-KM FAPET UNUD Held NGOPI UJUNG KANDANG 2022

The Student Family Student Executive Board (BEM-KM) of the Faculty of Animal Science, Udayana University held a 2022 Ujung Kandang Coffee event with the theme “TALKSIK LINGKARAN (Talkshow Fun for Livestock Environment)”, located at AE Building Floor 1, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University Campus Jimbaran Hill. Implementation of offline activities by complying with health protocols. The event was opened by the Deputy Dean III for Student Affairs and Information at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Unud, Dr. I Nyoman Sumerta Miwada, S.Pt., MP, and attended by KoUPIKS, Head of BEM-KM Fapet Unud, PLT. Chairman of DPM, and all talk show participants.
This event is held with the aim of providing opportunities for students to get to know alumni who are successful in the field of animal husbandry and increase their knowledge and relationships. The report of the Chairman of the Committee, represented by the secretary of Vishnu Dewa Shaputra, conveyed a report on the activities of the committee in which essentially coffee activities were carried out at the end of the cage and invited successful entrepreneurs in the field of animal husbandry and would be able to add new relationships and experiences for the talk show participants. This event was carried out by 37 committee members with 141 participants. "I have high hopes that this activity can take place well and be able to achieve the goals we want together," said Wisnu. In the Speech of the Deputy Dean III of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, it was stated that this activity was related to entrepreneurship. “We will listen to expert speakers in entrepreneurship here and as business actors will provide entrepreneurial knowledge related to the world of animal husbandry in general. This year, Fapet Unud invited them through their company as partners in developing an industrial internship program related to the MBKM program. Later, there will be a lot of discussion on how the entrepreneurial mentality can be further improved,” said Dr. Sumatra.
This event presented 2 speakers, namely: Dr. I Putu Ari Astawa, S.Pt.,MP. (Arcana Farm-State) delivered material on Animal Husbandry Innovation and Dr. I Wayan Wahyudi, S.Si., M.Si (Royal Honey Bali) delivered material on Bee Cultivation Business with Ni Putu Putri Analenda Sastrawirawan as moderator.
