Improving Quality, Faculty of Animal Husbandry Unud Holds AMI 2024

The Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University (Fapet Unud) held a field audit in the 2024 Internal Quality Audit (AMI) series at the Meeting Room, Agrokompleks Building, Floor. 1 Faculty of Animal Husbandry Unud, Sudirman Campus (Friday, September 20 2024). This field audit activity was attended by the Dean, Deputy Deans, Study Program Coordinators, Unit Coordinators, TPPM Team and AMI Auditors. Present as Lead Auditor Prof. Dr. Ir. I Gusti Lanang Oka. Cakra, M.Sc., Dr. Ir. Ni Luh Gde Sumardani, S.Pt., M.Sc., Prof. Dr. Ir. G. A. Mayani Kristina Dewi, M.S. IPU. ASEAN Eng. along with their respective Auditor Teams. 

The field audit activity was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, Dr. Ir. Dewi Ayu Warmadewi, S.Pt., M.Si., IPM., ASEAN Eng. conveyed "Our hope from the dean is that we carry out this AMI seriously, even though we are taking pictures of the implementation of quality assurance internally, we hope that we are serious and carry it out in accordance with the rules set by LP3M which is a quality assurance institution at the university level. We also have to carry out the findings that are certain to exist, so that later if we are accredited externally then we won't have any difficulties because all the documents have been documented."

Implementation stages and work mechanisms are determined based on an agreement between the auditor and auditee. The instrument used to evaluate AMI is the 9 criteria guidelines of the Higher Education Accreditation Board (BAN PT) in the form of Study Program Performance Reports. The risk-based AMI is intended to measure the level of performance achievement of study programs so that they comply with standards and can even exceed them by prioritizing quality according to Quality Standards. The aim of AMI activities is to evaluate non-compliance between standards and implementation and ensure standards are running well. AMI activities are running smoothly and audit results will be sent on the link prepared by LP3M Unud.
