Performance Evaluation Meeting of the Student Executive Board and Student Representative Council, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University

The Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, organized a Performance Evaluation Meeting of the Student Executive Board (BEM) and the Student Representative Council (BPM) on 13 December 2025. The meeting was conducted as an effort to assess the implementation of student organizational work programs throughout one management period and to formulate improvements for future activities.

The evaluation meeting was officially opened by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Dr. I Nyoman Sumerta Miwada, S.Pt., M.P. In his remarks, he emphasized the importance of evaluation as a means of reflecting on the performance of student organizations, covering aspects of planning, implementation, and the impact of activities on the development of students’ soft skills within the Faculty of Animal Husbandry.

“Through this evaluation, it is expected that BEM and BPM will be able to review their achievements, identify challenges encountered, and formulate improvement strategies so that student organizations become more adaptive, professional, and capable of making positive contributions to the academic community,” he stated.

The meeting was attended by the executive members of BEM and BPM of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, along with relevant faculty representatives. During the session, each organization presented reports on the implementation of their work programs, the level of target achievement, and the various challenges faced throughout their term of office.

Through this evaluation meeting, the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, hopes to further strengthen the synergy between faculty leadership and student organizations, ensuring that BEM and BPM continue to serve as platforms for the sustainable development of leadership, responsibility, and creativity among students.
