The Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, held a socialization event on budget efficiency and work culture on March 20, 2025. The event took place in the 3rd Floor Hall of the AA Building, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, and was attended by the faculty leadership, lecturers, and administrative personnel.

The event began with an opening session, followed by a briefing from the Dean of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University. The Dean emphasized the importance of budget efficiency and improving the work culture within the faculty. In her presentation, she explained that there had been a reduction in the faculty's operational budget, making it necessary to implement efficient strategies without compromising the quality of academic and administrative services. She further stressed that all members of the academic community must play an active role in fostering an effective, innovative, and solution-oriented work culture to address budget constraints. "With the budget reduction, we must be more prudent in managing our available resources and ensure that every financial allocation is optimized for the collective benefit," stated the Dean.

Following the Dean's presentation, a discussion session was held, allowing participants to ask questions, provide suggestions, and share experiences in addressing challenges related to budget efficiency and work culture at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry. The discussion was interactive, with participants contributing constructive feedback.

The event concluded with a summary of the discussion and an expectation that the entire academic community at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, would apply efficiency principles in all operational aspects while continuously enhancing a professional and highly competitive work culture.
