Udayana University Faculty of Animal Husbandry Business Unit Meeting

Jimbaran, 13 February 2025 – The Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University (Fapet Unud) held an online Business Unit meeting via Zoom Meeting on Monday, 13 February 2025. This meeting discussed the leadership's direction, 2024 performance evaluation, and the 2025 strategic plan under the leadership of the new chairman.

The Dean conveyed the 2025 efficiency policy, including the merger of several laboratories into the Faculty of Animal Husbandry Research Station. Faculty of Animal Husbandry Unud also won the title of unit with the highest business admissions at Udayana University for two consecutive years. "It is very important to carry out orderly financial administration to avoid findings from the Internal Audit Unit (SPI), especially regarding the loss of proof of transfer," said the Dean of Faculty of Animal Husbandry Unud.

The Deputy Dean II also said the same thing, "administrative improvements are needed in several business units, especially recording transactions and archiving proof of transfers." "POK 2025 funds will be allocated based on current year's revenues using an agreed mechanism," continued the Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance.

In the closing discussion, Deputy Dean II emphasized the use of asset rental funds to procure cattle and repair pens at Pengotan and Sesetan Farms. Each business unit is required to create SOPs in the form of flowcharts to increase service transparency.

This meeting confirmed the commitment of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University in increasing the efficiency and accountability of the Business Unit to support academic and research development.
