Unud Faculty of Animal Husbandry Lecturers Trusted as Resource Persons for National Collaborative Service Activities in Kendari

Prof. Dr. Ir. Ni Nyoman Suryani, M.Sc. who is one of the Professors at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University (Fapet Unud) and was accompanied by the Coordinator of the Information Management and Cooperation Unit (UPIKS) Fapet Unud Dr. Ir. Eny Puspani, S.Pt., M.Si., IPM. trusted to be a resource person in National Collaborative Service activities between 3 universities, namely the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Halu Oleo University, the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Andalas University, and the Kendari City Animal Husbandry Department. The aim of carrying out this service is to empower and improve the welfare of farmer breeders in the city of Kendari. This service took the topic "Repositioning Ruminant Feed Plants and Technical Guidance on Making Fermented Feed for Farmers in Poasia District, Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi (Friday, October 11 2024). The event was opened directly by the Dean of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Halu Oleo University (UHO) Dr. Ir. Ali Bain, M.Si, IPU., ASEAN Eng., accompanied by the Deputy Deans of UHO Faculty of Animal Husbandry and attended by the Head of the Kendari City Agriculture Service, Poasia BPP Coordinator, Kendari City Health Center Representative, Poasia Subdistrict and District Representatives, Kendari Livestock Farmer groups and lecturers, students within the Faculty of Animal Husbandry UHO. After the presentation of the material, it continued with a discussion session. During this service, technical guidance was also provided to breeders on how to make fermented feed and direct visits to goat farms in Poasia.
