Unud Faculty of Animal Husbandry Welcomes the Visit of the Senate of the Faculty of Agriculture, Tidar University

The Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University (Fapet Unud) received an official visit from the Senate of the Faculty of Agriculture, Tidar University on Monday (2/12/2024). The meeting took place in the Udayana University Senate Meeting Room, Agrokompleks Building, 4th floor, Sudirman Campus, Denpasar, at 10.00 WITA.

This visit aims to study educational management, especially regarding the performance of the faculty senate, which will later be used as a basis for compiling the senate activities of the Tidar University Faculty of Agriculture for 2025. Apart from that, this visit also aims to initiate the Tridharma of Higher Education cooperation plan between the University's Faculty of Agriculture Tidar with the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University.

Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Tidar University, Prof. Sutrisno Hadi P., S.Pt., M.Si., Ph.D and his entourage were received directly by Dr. Ir. Dewi Ayu Warmadewi, S.Pt., M.Sc., IPM., ASEAN Eng., Dean of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, Prof. Dr. Ir. I Gede Mahardika, M.S., Chair of the Udayana University Senate, Prof. Dr. Ir. I Wayan Suarna, M.S., Chair of the Senate of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, Dr. Ir. A.A.A. Sri Trisnadewi, M.P. Secretary of the Senate of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, Dr. I Made Mudita, S.Pt., M.P., Chair of Commission I, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University and Dr. Ir. Eny Puspani, S.Pt., M.Si., UPIKS Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University.

In his speech, the Dean of Faculty of Animal Husbandry Unud, Dr. Dewi Ayu Warmadewi, expressed her appreciation for this visit and hoped that the discussions held could provide great benefits for both faculties. "We hope that this visit will not only provide an overview of the senate's performance at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, but will also be the start of sustainable collaboration between Tidar University and Udayana University," said Dr. Warmadewi. 

Meanwhile, the Chair of the Senate of the Faculty of Agriculture, Tidar University, said that this visit was a strategic step to increase the role and function of the senate in supporting the faculty's vision and mission, as well as establishing synergy with other educational institutions.

The meeting ended with discussions and exchange of souvenirs as a symbol of the cooperation that will be established in the future. This activity is expected to strengthen relations between faculties and improve the quality of education and research at both universities.
