Vice Dean III of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University Officially Opens LKMM-TD 2025 at Pancaka Tirta Heroes Cemetery

Tabanan, 6 December 2025 — The Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Cooperation of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, Dr. I Nyoman Sumerta Miwada, S.Pt., M.P., officially opened the Basic Student Leadership and Management Training (LKMM-TD), held on 6–7 December 2025 at the Pancaka Tirta Heroes Cemetery, Marga, Tabanan Regency. The activity was organized by the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry.

In his remarks, Dr. Miwada expressed his appreciation to the organizing committee and participants. He stated, “I highly appreciate the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry for organizing this LKMM-TD activity. This program serves as an important platform for students to enhance their management, leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. These competencies are essential both in organizational settings and in the professional world.”

He continued, “I hope all participants take part in this activity with discipline and dedication. Make the most of every session to learn, discuss, and build character. Holding this activity at the Heroes Cemetery should also remind us to emulate the spirit of our national heroes.”

In closing, Dr. Miwada emphasized, “May this year’s LKMM-TD produce students of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry who are ethical, knowledgeable, and prepared to become future leaders.”

The LKMM-TD program was attended by students from various cohorts and included sessions on leadership, group dynamics, organizational management, and field exercises. This activity is expected to serve as a platform for developing students’ leadership capacity and character.
