Workshop on Learning Revitalization Towards Outcome Based Education (OBE) Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University 2025
Jimbaran, February 24, 2025 – The Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University held a workshop entitled Learning Revitalization Towards Outcome Based Education (OBE) on Monday, February 24, 2025. The event took place in Room AA, 3rd Floor, Bukit Jimbaran Campus, from 09.00 WITA to 12.30 WITA.
The workshop was officially opened by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, who in his remarks emphasized the importance of implementing OBE in the learning system to improve the quality of graduates in accordance with the needs of the workforce and industry.
The main speaker of this workshop was the Coordinator of the Internationalization Center, Learning Development, and Quality Assurance Institute (LP3M) of Udayana University, Ainul Ghurri, S.T., M.T., Ph.D. In his presentation, he explained the fundamental principles of OBE and effective strategies for its implementation in higher education learning processes.
The workshop was attended by lecturers and academic staff of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, who enthusiastically discussed the challenges and opportunities in applying outcome-based learning systems. The interactive discussion also covered how the curriculum could be adapted and developed to be more responsive to the needs of the modern livestock industry.
Through this workshop, the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University is committed to continuously improving the quality of education by implementing OBE, producing competitive graduates who are ready to face global challenges in the livestock sector.
With this activity, it is expected that lecturers and academic staff will increasingly understand and apply OBE principles in learning, enabling the creation of excellent and highly competitive human resources.
