Assistance to the Unud Faculty of Animal Husbandry ZI-WBK Team from the Unud Rectorate Team

To increase understanding of the Integrity Zone Team of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University (ZI Fapet Unud) regarding the construction of an Integrity Zone towards a Corruption Free Area (ZI-WBK) in the Faculty of Animal Husbandry Unud, a mentoring meeting was held by inviting resource persons from the Rectorate of Udayana University, located in the Hall. AA Building Fl. 3 Bukit Jimbaran Campus Fapet Unud (Monday, January 29 2024). The meeting was opened directly by the Dean of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry Unud Dr. Ir. Dewi Ayu Warmadewi, S.Pt., M.Si., IPM., ASEAN Eng. as well as Chair of the ZI Faculty of Animal Husbandry Unud Team and attended by all members of the ZI Team.

This mentoring meeting presented 3 resource persons, namely Dr. I Wayan Gayun Widharma, SE., M.Si (TU, RT and HTL Coordinator), Wawan Mahajana Bhandesa, S.Kom., MM. (Sub-Coordinator of Law and Management) and Ni Luh Putu Eni Ledy Yanti, S.S (Sub-Coordinator of TU General Bureau). In his presentation, the resource person conveyed how to create an Integrity Zone. Of course, six requirements for change are needed as the main objective, including building change management, good governance, structuring HR management, strengthening performance accountability, strengthening supervision, and strengthening service quality. The existence and good implementation of ZI will influence the fulfillment of the faculty's Main Performance Indicators (IKU).
