Expanding Collaboration, Fapet Unud Holds Sensory Training at PT Bali Boga Sejati

Thursday, 8 June 2023. The Faculty of Animal Husbandry, at Udayana University, is expanding its collaboration with PT. Bali Boga Sejati, by holding sensory training activities. This training lasted for one day, taking place on Jl. Ivory Poh No. 1A Jimbaran (Jl. Raya Udayana Campus). In this activity, there were two Faculty of Animal Husbandry Lecturers who were entrusted with providing training, namely Dr. I Nyoman Sumerta Miwada, S.Pt., MP. and Dr.'s mother Ir. Ni Luh Putu Sriyani, S.Pt, MP., IPM., ASEAN Eng. The purpose of this training activity is to meet the Food Quality requirements of the food industry with the availability of organoleptic-trained panelists. In this training, there were as many as 6 participants who took part in this training.
