Faculty of Animal Husbandry Conducts Socialization on Employee Discipline Regulations and the Election of Faculty Representatives to the Academic Senate
The Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, organized a socialization program on Employee Discipline Regulations and the Election of Faculty Representatives to the Academic Senate on Wednesday, 21 May 2029. The event was conducted virtually via Zoom Meeting and attended by academic staff and administrative personnel of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry.
The program was officially opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Dr. Ir. Dewi Ayu Warmadewi, S.Pt., M.Si., IPM., ASEAN Eng. In her opening remarks, she stated:
"Employee discipline serves as a fundamental pillar in maintaining professionalism and enhancing the quality of services within higher education institutions. Furthermore, the election of faculty representatives to the Academic Senate is expected to be conducted in a democratic and transparent manner, resulting in representatives who can effectively fulfill their responsibilities for the advancement of the faculty."
The session provided comprehensive information regarding applicable employee discipline regulations as well as the procedures for the election of faculty representatives to the Academic Senate, including the election stages, eligibility requirements, nomination procedures, and voting mechanisms.
Participants demonstrated strong engagement throughout the event and actively contributed to the discussion session, reflecting a shared commitment to strengthening institutional governance and promoting professionalism within the faculty.
Through this activity, it is expected that all members of the academic community will gain a clear understanding of the relevant regulations and contribute to the development of transparent, accountable, and quality-oriented academic and institutional governance within the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University.
