Faculty of Animal Husbandry Udayana University Establishes Strategic Partnership with the Indonesian Animal Law Protection Foundation
Jimbaran, July 23, 2025 — The Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University (Fapet Unud), officially signed a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) with the Indonesian Animal Law Protection Foundation on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at AA Building, 2nd Floor, Bukit Jimbaran Campus. The agreement aims to strengthen academic and research collaboration in producing highly competitive and skilled graduates from the Animal Husbandry Study Program.
The event was attended by Fiolita Berandhini Saichu, S.H., M.A., Director of the Indonesian Animal Law Protection Foundation, and was welcomed by the Dean of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry Unud, Dr. Ir. Dwi Ayu Warmadewi, S.Pt., M.Si., IPM., ASEAN Eng.
"I warmly welcome this partnership between the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, and the Indonesian Animal Law Protection Foundation. Through this collaboration, we aim to enhance the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, particularly in education, research, and community service," stated the Dean.
“We hope this collaboration will have a tangible impact in producing graduates who are not only academically competent, but also have awareness of legal aspects and animal welfare in livestock practices,” she added.

With the signing of this agreement, the Faculty of Animal Husbandry Unud and the Indonesian Animal Law Protection Foundation reaffirm their commitment to promoting an inclusive, humane, and sustainability-oriented animal husbandry education system, grounded in the principles of animal welfare.
