Faculty of Animal Husbandry Udayana University Lecturer Dr. I Nyoman Sumerta Miwada Becomes a Guest Speaker at a Guest Lecture Held by Universitas PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang
Malang, July 15, 2025 – Dr. I Nyoman Sumerta Miwada, S.Pt., M.P., a lecturer from the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, served as one of the speakers in the Guest Lecture event organized by the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Universitas PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang. The event carried the theme: “Sharing Session: Innovation of Processed Livestock Products Based on Local Wisdom.”
In the online session held via Zoom Meeting, Dr. Sumerta Miwada presented a material titled “Oret: Balinese-style Sausage,” highlighting the richness of Balinese culinary traditions derived from livestock products as a potential innovation for high-value processed meat products with strong local cultural identity.
