Faculty of Animal Husbandry Unud Receives Corn Seed Assistance from BPSIP Bali

The Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University (Fapet Unud) has held a handover ceremony for corn seed assistance from the Bali Agricultural Instrument Standards Implementation Center (BPSIP) (Tuesday, March 19 2024). Where previously BPSIP was called the Agricultural Technology Assessment Center (BPTP). BPSIP itself is a UPT. The Agricultural Instrument Standardization Agency (BSIP), which was established on 21 September 2022 through Presidential Regulation Number 117 of 2022, has the task of carrying out coordination, formulation, implementation and maintenance, as well as harmonization of agricultural instrument standards. The Agricultural Research and Development UPT began to change its name in accordance with the new main tasks carried out by the Agricultural Instrument Standardization Agency (BSIP), namely as an institution that previously focused on agricultural research and development to focus on standardization of agricultural instruments.

The handover ceremony took place at the BPSIP Bali office on Jalan By Pass Ngurah Rai, Agriculture Alley Number 1A Pesanggaran, South Denpasar. Seedling assistance was provided directly by Drh. I Nyoman Sugama (BPSIP Bali Cooperation Section) and received directly by Dr. Ir. Eny Puspani, S.Pt., M.Si (Coordinator of the Information Management and Collaboration Unit of Faculty of Animal Husbandry Unud) accompanied by Dr. I Ketut Mangku Budiasa, S.Pt., M.Sc. (Head of the STS Farm Bukit Jimbaran Procurement Team).
