Internship Handover Ceremony of the Kampus Berdampak Mandiri Program Students from the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, at the Denpasar Veterinary Center (BBVET Denpasar)

The Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, once again conducted the internship handover ceremony for students participating in the Kampus Berdampak Mandiri Program for the odd semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. The event took place on Monday, September 29, 2025, at the Denpasar Veterinary Center (BBVET Denpasar).

Students participating in this internship program were officially received by the BBVET Denpasar team as a partner institution supporting the implementation of the Kampus Berdampak Mandiri initiative. This internship aims to provide students with hands-on experience in the field of veterinary health, particularly in laboratory testing, disease diagnosis, and the control of strategic infectious animal diseases.

The handover ceremony was attended by supervising lecturers from the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, namely Dr. Ir. Ni Luh Gde Sumardani, S.Pt., M.Si., and Ir. Ni Putu Yundari Melati, S.Pt., M.Pt. Their presence reflects the faculty’s full support in facilitating students to gain meaningful learning experiences beyond the classroom.

Through the internship activities at BBVET Denpasar, students are expected to apply the knowledge acquired during their studies, enhance their competencies, and broaden their understanding of professional practices in veterinary health. This aligns with the Kampus Merdeka spirit, which encourages students to learn directly from real-world settings and expand their professional networks.

The Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, remains committed to supporting various MBKM programs to produce graduates who are competitive, possess integrity, and are well-prepared to face challenges in the livestock and veterinary health sectors.
