BEM KM of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry Organizes National Milk Day 2026 at SLB Negeri 1 Badung

Badung, 2 June 2026 – The Student Executive Board of the Student Association of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University (BEM KM Fapet Unud) successfully organized National Milk Day (Hari Susu Nusantara/HSN) 2026 at SLB Negeri 1 Badung on Tuesday, 2 June 2026. The event served as a form of community engagement while promoting awareness of the importance of milk consumption for children's health, nutrition, and growth.

With a spirit of education and togetherness, National Milk Day 2026 engaged students of SLB Negeri 1 Badung in a variety of enjoyable and interactive activities. The program began with an opening ceremony followed by a group exercise session, which was enthusiastically attended by all participants. Students then took part in a series of educational games designed to suit the needs and characteristics of each class.

In addition to the recreational activities, the organizing committee held a communal meal aimed at strengthening the bonds between university students and the pupils of SLB Negeri 1 Badung. Educational messages regarding the nutritional benefits of milk were delivered through an engaging and easily understandable educational drama performance. This activity was intended to foster awareness of milk as an important source of nutrition that supports children's health and development.

The event also featured remarks from the Chair of the Organizing Committee, the Principal of SLB Negeri 1 Badung, and the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Information of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University. As a symbol of appreciation and institutional partnership, a commemorative plaque was presented to the school.

The warm and joyful atmosphere continued through a handprint activity and a group photo session, symbolizing togetherness and creating lasting memories for both university students and the pupils of SLB Negeri 1 Badung. The event concluded with the hope that the spirit of National Milk Day would continue to encourage the community to adopt healthier lifestyles through the consumption of nutritious foods, particularly milk.
