Benchmarking Visit of the Animal Husbandry Study Program, UNISKA, to the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University
The Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University (Fapet Unud), welcomed a visit from the Animal Husbandry Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, Islamic University of Kalimantan (UNISKA) Arsyad Al Banjari, as part of a Benchmarking Study Visit held on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at the AA Building, 3rd Floor, Bukit Jimbaran Campus.
The UNISKA delegation, led by the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Prof. Dr. Ir. Hj. Tintin Rostini, S.Pt., M.P., IPM., ASEAN Eng., was warmly received by the Dean of Fapet Unud, Dr. Ir. Dewi Ayu Warmadewi, S.Pt., M.Si., IPM., ASEAN Eng., accompanied by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning, Dr. Ir. Gede Suarta, M.Si., IPU.
In her remarks, Dean of Fapet Unud, Dr. Ir. Dewi Ayu Warmadewi, S.Pt., M.Si., IPM., ASEAN Eng., stated, “We highly appreciate this visit and hope that the benchmarking activity can serve as a platform for sharing experiences, ideas, and strategies in developing study programs in the field of animal husbandry.”
Meanwhile, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture UNISKA, Prof. Dr. Ir. Hj. Tintin Rostini, S.Pt., M.P., IPM., ASEAN Eng., conveyed, “The purpose of this visit is to learn from the best practices in academic management, curriculum development, and resource enhancement at Fapet Unud, which we hope to adapt and implement within UNISKA.”
The event continued with a discussion session and presentations on the profiles of each faculty, sharing experiences in managing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, and a tour of the supporting facilities for teaching and learning at Fapet Unud. The visit concluded with an exchange of souvenirs and a group photo session as a symbol of the strong relationship between the two institutions.
Through this visit, it is expected that closer collaboration will be established between the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, and the Faculty of Agriculture, UNISKA, particularly in supporting the improvement of education, research, and community service in the field of animal husbandry.
