Coordination Meeting of Faculty Leadership and Units of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University

The Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, held a coordination meeting chaired by the Dean, Dr. Ir. Dewi Ayu Warmadewi, S.Pt., M.Si., IPM., ASEAN Eng., on Tuesday, 10 March 2026. The meeting took place in the Dean’s Meeting Room on the second floor of the AA Building, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Bukit Jimbaran Campus.

The meeting was attended by the Vice Deans, the Administrative Coordinator, the Head of the Faculty Business Unit, Unit Coordinators, and the managers of the Experimental Farms and Research Stations within the Faculty of Animal Husbandry. The purpose of the meeting was to strengthen coordination and align work programs among the various units in support of academic activities and faculty development.

In her remarks, the Dean stated, “I expect all units to carry out their duties and functions optimally while working in synergy to support education, research, and community service activities within the Faculty of Animal Husbandry. Effective coordination among units is essential to ensure that every work program is implemented efficiently and contributes meaningfully to the development of the faculty.”

She further added, “Our experimental farms and research stations should be utilized to their fullest potential as supporting facilities for student practical training and faculty research. Therefore, their management must be conducted in a planned, professional, and sustainable manner.”

The meeting agenda continued with presentations on the duties and functions of each unit by the respective Unit Coordinators and managers of the Experimental Farms and Research Stations. During this session, each unit outlined its roles, responsibilities, and ongoing work programs in supporting various faculty activities.

The meeting concluded with an active and constructive discussion session. Participants shared feedback, identified challenges encountered in their respective units, and proposed development strategies aimed at improving management effectiveness and optimizing the utilization of the faculty’s experimental farms and research stations.

Through this coordination meeting, the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, expects to strengthen communication and collaboration among all units, thereby supporting the faculty’s sustainable growth and development in the years ahead.
