Faculty of Animal Husbandry of Udayana University Discusses Extension of Cooperation Agreement with the Bali Provincial Agriculture and Food Security Office
Denpasar, September 3, 2025 – The Faculty of Animal Husbandry of Udayana University (Fapet Unud) held a discussion regarding the extension of the Cooperation Agreement (PKS) with the Bali Provincial Agriculture and Food Security Office on Wednesday (3/9/2025), at the office of the Bali Provincial Agriculture and Food Security Office.
Representing Fapet Unud was the Vice Dean I, Dr. Ir. Gede Suarta, M.Si., IPM., accompanied by the Coordinator of the Information and Cooperation Management Unit, Dr. Ir. Eny Puspani, M.Si., IPM., along with the supporting team. The delegation was warmly received by the officials of the Bali Provincial Agriculture and Food Security Office, including the Secretary of the Office, Heads of Divisions, and the Head of the Technical Implementation Unit of the Baturiti Artificial Insemination Center (BBIB Baturiti).
This discussion served as a follow-up to the previous cooperation agreement, which concluded in July 2025, and is planned to be extended. The purpose of this extension is to strengthen the role of higher education institutions in fostering academic and industrial research collaboration aimed at producing competitive graduates in the Animal Husbandry Study Program.
The objective of the Cooperation Agreement is to enhance the implementation of academic and industrial research collaboration through the development of education, research, and community service as part of the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi (Three Pillars of Higher Education).
Through this renewal, the Faculty of Animal Husbandry of Udayana University aims to further strengthen its network of strategic partnerships while supporting the improvement of graduate quality—producing professionals who are competitive and capable of contributing to the advancement of the livestock and agricultural sectors in Bali.
