Faculty of Animal Husbandry of Udayana University Holds an Inaugural Lecture: Modern Poultry Technology and Its Business Potential for the Young Generation

Jimbaran, September 1, 2025 – The Faculty of Animal Husbandry of Udayana University held its Inaugural Lecture with the theme “Modern Poultry Technology and Its Business Potential for the Young Generation” on Monday (01/09) at the AE Building, 1st Floor, Bukit Jimbaran Campus. The event was attended by all new students of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University.

The event was officially opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, Dr. Ir. Dewi Ayu Warmadewi, S.Pt., M.Si., IPM., AseanEng, who emphasized the importance of equipping new students with up-to-date insights on technological advancements and business opportunities in the livestock sector, particularly in the poultry industry.

The inaugural lecture featured two speakers from Charoen Pokphand Indonesia: Nasib Karo Karo, GM of Marketing (Bali-NTB-Maluku-Papua), and Baso Alim Bahri, GM of Human Capital & GA for Eastern Indonesia. Both speakers shared insights on the latest poultry industry technologies, business development strategies, and potential entrepreneurial opportunities for young people.

Through this inaugural lecture, new students of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry are expected to gain new knowledge, build motivation, and develop a broader perspective on the business prospects within the modern livestock industry.
