Faculty of Animal Husbandry of Udayana University Holds Development Planning Forum (Musrenbang) for Fiscal Year 2026

Bukit Jimbaran – The Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, conducted the Development Planning Forum (Musrenbang) for Fiscal Year 2026 on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at the 3rd Floor of AA Building, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Bukit Jimbaran Campus.

The event was officially opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, who in his remarks emphasized the importance of well-directed, participatory planning aligned with the faculty’s vision and mission as well as the university’s strategic plan. “This Musrenbang serves as a strategic momentum to formulate targeted and sustainable work programs in order to support the enhancement of the quality of the three pillars of higher education in the field of animal husbandry,” she stated.

The forum was attended by the faculty leadership, including the Vice Deans, Coordinators of Undergraduate, Master, and Doctoral Study Programs, Unit Coordinators, Head of Administration, Heads of Laboratories, as well as Sub-Coordinators within the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University.

The series of activities began with the opening and welcoming remarks by the Dean of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry. This was followed by presentations from the Vice Deans, who delivered their respective plans and priority programs. The agenda continued with the handover of budget ceilings to each sub-unit and the signing of performance contracts between the Dean and the Coordinator of the Undergraduate Program in Animal Husbandry. The event concluded with a formal closing session, marking the end of Musrenbang for Fiscal Year 2026.

Through this Musrenbang, the Faculty of Animal Husbandry of Udayana University is expected to produce a comprehensive and integrated development plan, thereby strengthening efforts to improve the quality of education, research, and community service in the field of animal husbandry on a sustainable basis.
