Faculty of Animal Husbandry of Udayana University Receives Visit from the Indonesian Animal Law Protection Foundation (YAPHSI)

Jimbaran, September 4, 2025 – The Faculty of Animal Husbandry of Udayana University (Fapet Unud) welcomed a visit from the representative of the Indonesian Animal Law Protection Foundation (YAPHSI), Mrs. Feby, on Thursday (4/9/2025), at the Bukit Jimbaran Campus.

The visit was warmly received by the Vice Dean I of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Dr. Ir. Gede Suarta, M.Si., IPM., accompanied by the Coordinator of the Information and Cooperation Management Unit (UPIKS), Dr. Ir. Eny Puspani, M.Si., IPM., and the supporting team.

The purpose of YAPHSI’s visit was to express gratitude for the collaboration that has been successfully established between the two institutions. On this occasion, Mrs. Feby also presented an animal welfare module on cage-free layer farming systems and a souvenir to the Faculty of Animal Husbandry of Udayana University.

Furthermore, the meeting served as an opportunity to discuss potential future collaborations in education, research, and community service, particularly in promoting sustainable animal welfare practices.

Through this visit, it is expected that the partnership between Fapet Unud and YAPHSI will continue to grow stronger and bring a positive impact on the development of scientific knowledge, research, and the implementation of animal welfare practices in Indonesia.
