Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University Hosts the 2025 Leadership Coordination Meeting of FPPTPI

The Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University (Fapet Unud) hosted the Leadership Coordination Meeting of the Forum of Deans of Indonesian Faculties of Animal Husbandry (FPPTPI), held from May 26 to 28, 2025, at the Bukit Jimbaran Campus, Bali.

The event was attended by deans and leaders from various prominent faculties of animal husbandry across Indonesia, including Universitas Gadjah Mada, Universitas Andalas, IPB University, Universitas Padjadjaran, and Universitas Halu Oleo. The meeting served as a strategic forum to strengthen synergy among higher education institutions in the field of animal husbandry, aiming to advance education, research, and community service.

The main agenda of the meeting included the review and adjustment of the FPPTPI Statutes and Bylaws (AD/ART), as well as the planning of future organizational programs. In her opening remarks, the Dean of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, Dr. Ir. Dewi Ayu Warmadewi, S.Pt., M.Si., IPM., ASEAN Eng., expressed her gratitude for the trust placed in Fapet Unud as the host and reaffirmed the faculty's commitment to fostering inter-university collaboration for the development of national livestock science and industry.

The Coordination Meeting also served as a platform for exchanging ideas and experiences among faculty leaders in addressing challenges and designing innovations in animal husbandry education in the era of Industry 5.0. The event was held in a warm yet productive atmosphere, reflecting a strong spirit of unity and collaboration among FPPTPI members.

Through this event, the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University once again demonstrated its active role in advancing livestock education and strengthening the national network of higher education institutions across Indonesia.
