In the spirit of commemorating Indonesia’s Independence Day, the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, organized a Salted Eggs Processing Training with Various Flavors for members of the PKK women’s group in Tihingan Village, Banjarangkan Sub-district, Klungkung Regency, on Sunday, August 17, 2025.

A total of 50 PKK members from Banjarmungguna Village enthusiastically participated in this activity. They directly learned techniques for making salted eggs in various flavors, which are not only delicious but also hold economic potential as a flagship village product.

The program was facilitated by the Community Service Team of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, under the coordination of Dr. I Nyoman Sumerta Miwada, S.Pt., M.P. With their experience and expertise, the team shared knowledge and practical skills that are expected to enhance both creativity and community welfare.

We extend our gratitude to all parties who have supported this initiative. May this training serve as a tangible step in promoting self-reliance and economic empowerment within rural communities.
