Joint Meeting of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry Team at Udayana University: Strengthening Main Tasks and Synergies

February 11 2024 – The Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University held an online joint meeting involving various teams within the faculty, including the Faculty of Animal Husbandry Study Tracer Team, the Faculty of Animal Husbandry Counseling Team, the CH Mentoring Team, the CH Waste Management Team of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, the Faculty of Animal Husbandry Student Achievement Clinic Coaching Team, the UKT Reduction Validation Team of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, the Faculty of Animal Husbandry Alumni Service Team, and the Nandaka Nandini Fapet Supervisor.

This meeting was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Deputy Deans I and III, the UPIKS Coordinator and his team, the UP3M Coordinator, and educational staff. The main aim of this activity is to increase understanding of the main tasks and functions (tupoksi) of each team in supporting student activities and information within the Faculty of Animal Husbandry.

The activity was started by the Deputy Dean III in charge of student affairs, then officially opened with remarks from the Dean of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry. In his speech, the Dean emphasized the importance of synergy between teams in supporting various faculty activities.

"All the teams that are formed are very important to support the activities that will be carried out at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry," said the Dean of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry.

In line with this, Deputy Dean III emphasized that these teams are under the auspices of the student affairs department and have a strategic role in supporting students and managing faculty information.

In this meeting, each team explained their duties and functions so that they could carry out their roles optimally. With a clearer understanding of each task and function, it is hoped that coordination between teams will be better and more effective in carrying out faculty programs in the future.

This meeting is a concrete step in strengthening the synergy and efficiency of team work at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University for the sake of faculty progress and student welfare.
