Leaders Meeting of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, Discusses 2026 Performance Targets
The Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, held a Leadership Meeting on Wednesday, 11 March 2026. The meeting served as a strategic coordination forum aimed at aligning institutional work programs and strengthening the faculty’s commitment to achieving its 2026 performance targets.
The meeting was chaired by the Dean of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Dr. Ir. Dewi Ayu Warmadewi, S.Pt., M.Si., IPM., ASEAN Eng. Participants included key leaders and representatives from across the faculty, including Study Program Coordinators, Unit Coordinators, Laboratory Heads, the Head of the Business Unit, the Administrative Coordinator, and Subcoordinators.
In her remarks, the Dean outlined a number of performance targets to be achieved in 2026. These targets encompass the enhancement of educational quality, the strengthening of research activities and scientific publications, the improvement of community service performance, and the expansion of collaboration and innovation in the field of animal husbandry.
In addition to the presentation of performance targets, the meeting featured the signing of performance target documents by each unit leader as a demonstration of their collective commitment to achieving the faculty’s key performance indicators. This signing ceremony represented an important step in ensuring that each unit operates with clear and measurable objectives.
The meeting also included a discussion session focusing on strategies and concrete actions required to achieve the established targets. Participants contributed valuable insights and recommendations aimed at improving the effectiveness of program implementation within their respective units.
Through this leadership meeting, the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, seeks to further strengthen synergy among all faculty leaders, ensuring the successful achievement of its 2026 performance targets while enhancing the faculty’s contribution to the advancement of scientific knowledge and the development of the livestock sector.
