LKMM-TD 2025 Capacity Building of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University: Enhancing Students’ Problem-Solving and Communication Skills
The Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry Student Association, Udayana University (BEM-KM FAPET), successfully organized the 2025 Basic Level Student Management Skills Training (LKMM-TD) Capacity Building program on Saturday, 22 November 2025. The activity was conducted online and attended by students of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry.
The event was officially opened by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Information, Dr. I Nyoman Sumerta Miwada, S.Pt., MP. In his remarks, he stated, “I highly appreciate the implementation of this LKMM-TD Capacity Building program as an important step in strengthening students’ leadership skills. Through this activity, I hope participants will enhance their problem-solving and communication skills, as these competencies are essential both in organizational settings and in professional careers. I also extend my gratitude to the speakers for sharing their insights and experiences. May this activity provide meaningful benefits to all participants.”
The Capacity Building program featured two distinguished speakers:
Awan Arrassy, who delivered a session on Problem Solving, providing insights into critical thinking approaches, structured problem-solving steps, and effective decision-making strategies in complex situations.
Nica Ardiansyach Lukmana, who presented on Communication Skills, discussing interpersonal communication techniques, effective idea delivery, and strategies for building confidence in various communication contexts.
Through interactive and engaging sessions, participants gained valuable learning experiences and new perspectives beneficial for personal and organizational development.
The LKMM-TD 2025 program reflects BEM-KM FAPET’s commitment to enhancing student capacity and developing a generation that is competitive in both academic and non-academic fields.
Through this initiative, the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University hopes students will continue to develop their potential, strengthen critical thinking abilities, and communicate effectively as preparation for their future professional endeavors.
