Meeting on the Implementation of Bureaucratic Reform and Integrity Zone 2025 at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University

Jimbaran, March 13, 2025 – The Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, held an online meeting via Zoom to discuss the Implementation of Bureaucratic Reform and the Integrity Zone (RB-ZI) for 2025. The meeting was attended by the Dean, Vice Deans, and area managers responsible for RB-ZI implementation within the faculty.

The meeting began with opening remarks from the Dean of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, who emphasized the importance of commitment from all faculty members in achieving good governance and accountability. "We must have a strong commitment to implementing Bureaucratic Reform and the Integrity Zone. This is a strategic step to improve service quality and foster a transparent and professional work culture," said the Dean. "With solid teamwork, we can achieve higher standards in faculty governance," she added.

Following this, each area manager presented a progress report on the completion of the 2025 Evaluation Worksheet (LKE). The reports covered achievements, challenges faced, and strategic steps to fulfill the predetermined success indicators.

The discussion session after the report presentations provided an opportunity for participants to share suggestions, feedback, and strategies to optimize RB-ZI implementation. Key issues discussed included improving the quality of academic services, strengthening financial transparency, and optimizing information systems to enhance bureaucratic efficiency.

Through this meeting, the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, aims to continue making progress in the implementation of Bureaucratic Reform and the Integrity Zone, ensuring better services for students, faculty members, and administrative staff.
