This event was attended by Deputy Deans, Study Program Coordinators, Unit Coordinators, Lab Heads, TU Coordinators, lecturers and staff at the Faculty of Animal Science, Udayana University.
According to Balinese calendar calculations, full moon, as the name implies, falls every full moon night (sukla forced). It is at this time that Sang Hyang Candra is believed to be jogging. Balinese people believe that this is a good day to purify themselves physically and spiritually by performing prayers and offering yadnya. In addition, the full moon is also good for self-cleaning, including purifying thoughts, words and deeds.
Piodalan core activities last for approximately 3 hours, from 09.00 to 12.00 WITA. However, in the morning around 07.00 WITA several employees were already seen busy preparing the facilities and infrastructure for the smooth running of the event.
