Jimbaran, April 9, 2025 – The Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University held an online handover ceremony for students participating in the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) Mandiri Internship Program in collaboration with the Center for Testing of Poultry and Various Livestock Instrument Standards (BPSIUAT), Ciawi, Bogor. The event took place on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at 11.00 WITA via Zoom Meeting.

The event began with a report from the MBKM Mandiri Coordinator, Dr. Ir. Ni Luh Gde Sumardani, S.Pt., M.Si., IPM, who expressed her hope that the students would take full advantage of this opportunity to strengthen their competencies in the field of poultry husbandry according to their individual interests.

The official handover of students was carried out by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Dr. Ir. Gede Suarta, M.Si., IPM. “We extend our gratitude to BPSIUAT for the collaboration. We hope the students will participate in this internship diligently and responsibly until the end,” said the Vice Dean.

The BPSIUAT team, represented by Dr. Soni Sopiyana as Team Leader along with staff members, welcomed the students warmly and expressed their hopes for a smoother and more productive internship period compared to the previous year.

This collaboration is part of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry UNUD’s efforts to support the implementation of the MBKM program and to improve the quality of its graduates through experiential learning in the field.
