Unit Coordination Meeting at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, Discusses Evaluation and Duties

Denpasar, March 25, 2025 – The Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University (Fapet Unud), held an online unit coordination meeting via Zoom Meeting on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at 19:00 WITA. The meeting was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Vice Dean III, the Coordinator of the Learning Development and Quality Assurance Unit (UP3M), the Coordinator of the Research and Community Service Unit (UP2M), the Coordinator of the Publication, Information, and Cooperation Unit (UPIKS), as well as all unit members within Fapet Unud.

The purpose of this meeting was to evaluate the performance of each unit in the previous period and to reinforce the understanding of their respective main duties and functions. In his opening remarks, the Dean of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry expressed appreciation for the hard work of all units that have contributed to carrying out their tasks and responsibilities.

"So far, the unit coordinators have performed well, but there is still room for improvement to enhance the Faculty’s Key Performance Indicators (IKU)," said the Dean during the meeting.

Performance evaluation was the primary agenda of the discussion, where each unit coordinator presented their achievements, challenges, and strategic plans to improve service quality and work programs. Some key topics discussed included strengthening the academic quality assurance system, increasing publications and collaborations, and optimizing research and community service initiatives.

It is expected that through this coordination meeting, synergy between units will be further strengthened, enabling the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, to continue improving its academic and non-academic services. Moving forward, regular evaluations will be conducted to ensure the effectiveness of each unit’s performance in supporting the faculty’s vision and mission.

The coordination meeting proceeded smoothly and interactively, generating various inputs and recommendations as a foundation for improving and enhancing the performance of units within the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University.
