UPIKS Coordination Meeting of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry Discusses Information Management

Jimbaran, 6 April 2026 — The Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, conducted a coordination meeting of the Information and Cooperation Management Unit (UPIKS) focusing on information management. The meeting was held within the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University.

The meeting was officially opened by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Dr. I Nyoman Sumerta Miwada. In his opening remarks, he emphasized the importance of effective and integrated information management in supporting institutional transparency and enhancing the faculty’s public image.

The event also featured remarks from the Dean of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, who highlighted the importance of optimizing information management practices. In her address, the Dean stated, “Information management must be carried out in a structured, timely, and accurate manner. Every activity within the faculty should be properly documented and effectively disseminated as part of our efforts to enhance institutional visibility and reputation.”

She further emphasized, “Strong synergy among all units is essential to ensure that information communicated to the public is of high quality and accurately reflects the achievements and strengths of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University.”

The meeting continued with an interactive discussion session covering various information management strategies, including content development, the utilization of digital media platforms, and capacity building for human resources in the fields of information and communication.

Through this coordination meeting, it is expected that the Information and Cooperation Management Unit (UPIKS) of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, will further strengthen its role in information management and contribute effectively to the achievement of the institution’s vision and mission.
