Vice Dean for Student Affairs Attends the BEM KM Faculty of Animal Husbandry Upgrading Program
Tabanan, 29 March 2026 – The Vice Dean for Student Affairs of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, Dr. I Nyoman Sumerta Miwada, S.Pt., M.P., attended a leadership and organizational development (upgrading) program organized by the Student Executive Board of the Faculty Student Association (BEM KM) of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University.
The program was held on Sunday, 29 March 2026, at Agri Puncak Bedugul, located in the Bandar Bukit Catu area, Candikuning, Baturiti, Tabanan. The activity was designed to enhance leadership capacity, strengthen organizational solidarity, and foster greater synergy among the members of BEM KM of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry.
During the event, Dr. I Nyoman Sumerta Miwada delivered guidance and motivational remarks to all participants. He emphasized the important role of students as agents of change who are not only active in organizational activities but also capable of making meaningful contributions to both the academic community and society.
"Programs such as this are essential for developing student leaders who possess integrity, responsibility, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team," he stated.
He also expressed his appreciation for the initiative of BEM KM in organizing activities focused on personal and organizational development. Through this program, it is expected that student leaders will be better equipped to implement their work programs in a more focused manner and generate positive impacts for all students of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry.
The event was conducted in an atmosphere of enthusiasm and active participation. Various activities, including group discussions, organizational capacity-building sessions, and team-bonding activities, formed an integral part of the program.
Through this initiative, BEM KM of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry is expected to become an even stronger organization and continue serving as a platform for developing highly capable, competitive, and future-ready student leaders.
