Visit of the Faculty of Animal Science Unud Promotion of S2 and S3 to the Department of Agriculture, Food Security, and Fisheries, Bangli Regency

The Faculty of Animal Science at Udayana University carries out a series of promotions for Masters and Doctoral Programs to Animal Science Departments in Bali Province. Monday, June 20, 2022 carried out a visit to the Department of Agriculture, Food Security, and Fisheries of Bangli Regency. This activity was represented by the Deputy Dean I for Academic Affairs and Planning, Dr. Ir. Dewi Ayu Warmadewi, S.Pt., M.Sc., IPM., Coordinator of the Master of Animal Science Study Program, Faculty of Animal Science, Unud, Dr. Ir. Ni Wayan Siti, M.Sc., Coordinator of the Learning Development and Quality Assurance Unit (UP3M) Prof.Dr. Ir. Gusti Ayu Mayani Kristina Dewi, MS., IPM., ASEAN Eng. and the Coordinator of the Information Management and Cooperation Unit (UPIKS) of the Faculty of Animal Science, Unud, Dr. Eny Puspani, S.Pt., M.Sc.

The visit that was carried out was aimed at introducing the Masters and Doctoral programs of Fapet Unud to the community, so that many would know and be interested in studying at Fapet Unud. Later, it can increase the number of students in the postgraduate program through promotional activities for the Master of Animal Science Study Program (S2) and Doctoral Program (S3) of Animal Science, Faculty of Animal Science, Unud at the Department of Agriculture, Food Security and Fisheries, Bangli Regency. The visit was received by the Secretary of the Department of Agriculture, Food Security and Fisheries of Bangli Regency, Mrs. drh Ni Nyoman Sri Rahayu, M.Si, and the Head of Livestock and Animal Health, Mr. I Wayan Darsa, SE. along with staff.

In his speech, the Secretary of Education expressed his appreciation for the visit from Fapet Unud for the first time and invited 10 employees from the Department of Agriculture, Food Security and Fisheries of Bangli Regency as prospective students to receive information about the Masters and Doctoral programs of Fapet Unud. Deputy Dean I for Academic Affairs and Planning, Faculty of Animal Science, Udayana University, Dr. Ir. Dewi Ayu Warmadewi, S.Pt., M.Sc., IPM. conveyed several things, one of which conveyed the intent and purpose of the visit of Fapet Unud to the Department of Agriculture and Food of Jembrana Regency, namely socialization and promotion for the Master and Doctoral Study Programs of Faculty of Animal Science Unud. “Fapet Unud has 3 study programs, namely the Bachelor of Animal Science Study Program, the Master of Animal Science Study Program and the Doctoral Study Program of Animal Science Doctorate. So all strata are in the Faculty of Animal Science, Udayana University," said Dr. Warmadewi. Regarding the existence of Master and Doctoral Study Programs at the Faculty of Animal Science, Udayana University. We really hope that you are interested in registering and to be able to continue your studies in Masters and Doctoral Study Programs,” continued Dr. Warmadewi. Then continued by Koprodi S2 Animal Science Dr. Ir. Ni Wayan Siti, M.Si. explained about the technical registration and lectures in S2 and S3 study programs at Fapet Unud. The visit ended with the distribution of brochures for the Master and Doctoral Study Program of Faculty of Animal Science Unud by the Deputy Dean I for Academic Affairs and Planning of Faculty of Animal Science Unud to the Secretary of the Department of Agriculture, Food Security, and Fisheries of Bangli Regency.
